Testimonials

Fati and Charles just performed at our daughter's birthday party. They were wonderful! 15 kids were throwing hats in the air, laughing hysterically, dancing Salsa --- and their parents are telling us what a great time they had. Who knew singing about cleaning up, sleeping and hat throwing could be so fun/funny. So great to have everything in Spanish too!

Our daughter loves your music so much & watching you perform that when she plays it at home she pretends that she is Fati and I am Charles & we sing along then on certain songs we switch I'm fati & she's charles - we have our " play" microphones & guitar & just jam along - it's fun!

With amazing energy and a powerful ability to connect with kids, Charles and Fati were a highpoint of the International School of Brooklyn's Fall Festival. Their songs are great and they get the kids dancing and having fun within minutes of taking the stage. The Baile del Sombrero song includes hats for all the kids to wear and easy-to-learn dance moves that encourages even the shyest of children.

Fati and Charles rocked Nina's birthday party! The great energy they displayed put everyone to dance -kids and adults, Spanish- and non-Spanish-speakers alike. And Nina was rockstar-shocked to see one of her favorite characters -Conejito Teo- perform for her. We all had so much fun!

My daughter-- being raised bilingually-- loves to listen to sing-a-long CD's in the car. As most toddlers, she listens to the same ones over and over again. She now knows almost all the words to the entire first Abbasubi CD AND the order of the songs. We can only start listening with the first song. As luck would have it, our commute time to school is the same length as the CD so there is no crying when the last song finished and we have to get out of the car.

My husband-- the non-Spanish speaker-- was able to sing along pretty quickly and has started changing the song to "Papá me lleva a la escuela" on the days he does.  My daughter finds this hilarious & sings the new version with him.

As a language teacher, I like that I can make new verses of "¿Qué puedo dibujar?" and "La pulga y su familia."
